Apple pie

1 Cake

Paste

• 100g margarine
• 1 cup of sugar tea
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 egg

Filling

• 625 ml of milk
• 250g icing AUREA CREAM
• 1 apple cooked for 30 seconds in the microwave

Crumbs

• 2 tablespoons of oil
• lemon zest and cinnamon powder to taste
• 2 tablespoons of margarine
•4 tablespoons of sugar
•4 tablespoons of flour

Mix everything and place on the raw dough.

Filling

1- Mix the AUREA CONFECTIONERY CREAM and the milk, bring to the heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
2- Allow to cool and add the apple slices

Paste and Assembly

1- Put the ingredients in a bowl
2- Mix everything to form a lean mass
3- Line a 18cm diameter pan and removable bottom with the dough.
4- Prick with the fork.
5- Put the filling and finish with the flour.
6-Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C until golden brown.
