Stage 1

• 1 cup wheat flour tea
• 1 1/2 tablespoon dry organic yeast
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cup of tea water

Stage 2

• 3 eggs
• 100g unsalted margarine
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 spoonful of emulsifier dessert
• 1 cup sugar tea
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk powder
• 1 cup of tea water
• 4 cups wheat flour tea

Filling

• 300g FILLING CREAM AUREA BANANA
• 6 ripe bananas

Crumbs

• 2 cups wheat flour tea
• 2 cups of sugar tea
• 100g unsalted margarine
• Ground cinnamon to taste

Paste

Stage 1

1- In a bowl place the wheat flour with the yeast.
2- Add sugar and water, forming a paste.
3- Allow to grow until you form a sponge. Book.

Stage 2

1- On the mixer place the dough, eggs, margarine, emulsifier, sugar, vanilla, milk powder and water.
2- Add 2 cups of wheat flour tea, beat with the racket until it forms a creamy dough.
3- Then add the other part of the wheat flour and beat for another 10 minutes until you incorporate everything
4- The dough should become soft, set aside for assembly.

Crumbs

1- Place all dry ingredients in a container.
2- Then add the chopped margarine.
3- Mix everything with your fingertips until you form a damp flour. Set aside for assembly.

Assembly

1- Transfer the dough to a properly greased baking sheet.
2- Spread the CREAMY FILLING OF BANANA AUREA, above the sliced bananas.
3- Finally spread the flour.
4- Allow to grow until volume doubles.
5- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C until the flour is golden and the dough is peeling off the sides of the pan.
